Welcome to ApparelFlexThread. These terms govern your use of www.apparelflexthread.com and every purchase you make on it. Placing an order means you accept these terms. Please read them — they are short and in plain language on purpose.

1. About us

2. Orders and acceptance

• An order is confirmed only after we verify it, typically by phone or WhatsApp. Until then it is an offer to purchase.
• Fabric quantities are cut to order once confirmed — which is also why confirmed fabric orders cannot be modified after cutting begins.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, serviceability of your PIN code, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fabric prices are per metre unless the listing says otherwise; delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

3. Pricing and product information

• We work hard to keep listings accurate, but occasional errors happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
• Colour on screens: displays vary, and dye lots vary slightly between production runs. Minor shade difference from the on-screen image is inherent to textiles and not a defect — for exact matching, order the swatch book first.
• Width and GSM are nominal values with industry-standard tolerance (±3%). Hand-printed fabrics carry natural print variation — that is the craft, not a flaw.

5. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy — including the special rules for cut-to-order fabric — forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape the catalogue at scale, place fraudulent orders, or resell our content as your own.
• Product descriptions, artwork, in-house print designs, the ApparelFlexThread name and logo are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as the cost of stitching or lost boutique orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve complaints directly first — write to us before escalating, and we will respond within 7 working days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
