Where we deliver

We deliver across India to every PIN code serviced by our courier partners. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

Dispatch time

• Fabric is cut fresh to your order after confirmation, then packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours (working days).
• Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before cutting. Unreachable orders are attempted for 3 days before being cancelled.
• Trims, threads, buttons, and tools ship from ready stock in the same window.

How fabric is packed

• Rolled, never folded: fabric ships on rolls in moisture-barrier sleeves — no stubborn crease lines to iron out.
• Each cut carries a label with shade name, width, and cut length, matched to your order.
• Metres are measured with a small margin in your favour — our cut-true promise.

Delivery time

• Delhi NCR: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Metros: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote / North-East / island regions: 7–10 working days.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹999 and above: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹999: a flat ₹79 delivery charge, shown at checkout.
• No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking links typically activate within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, wet, or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@apparelflexthread.com or +91 99110 08331. We will replace affected items at no cost.
